Not at all. In fact, most clients I've worked with haven't exercised in years before we began training together. The JB Fit Method is designed for real people with real lives; no matter your starting point. Whether you're feeling totally out of shape or just lost in the gym, we'll meet you where you are and build from there.

“What if I've got a bad back, sore knees, or other issues?”

No problem. I specialise in helping adults work with their bodies, not against them. We'll adjust everything to avoid pain, protect your joints, and make sure your training actually helps you feel better in everyday life, not worse.

“Will I have to follow a strict meal plan or cut out all the foods I like?”
